Production time
Items are generally made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production of your item before shipping. During periods of high order volume, production time may increase to 4 weeks, excluding shipping time.

Shipping
Orders are shipped insured via Canada Post within Canada and to the United States. International orders can be shipped insured or uninsured, by the preference of the customer. If you choose to have your order shipped uninsured, Hutchison cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. Expected shipping times and prices are as follows:

Taxes/Customs
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are listed at checkout. US and international shipments may be subject to customs/duty fees upon arrival.

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to your card details. All credit cards are processed by Stripe. PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. Returns
We want you to love your Hutchison piece! If you would like to exchange an item, it must be sent back within the first 5 days of receipt to arrange exchange or refund. Items can not be returned if damaged, washed, or worn. Please contact us by email before returning your order. Exchange will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise. The client is responsible for all costs related to shipping returned merchandise.
